Ok, world, I'm gonna chicken out now. I'm sick of messing around with all those Metafont parameters. (To tell you the complete truth, I'm totally out of time. The new semester is [virtually] upon us!) What I'd *really* like, font-wise, is a set of pk files for a 300dpi write-white printer. I'm most interested in the AMS fonts, because I've already got some good pk's for (almost all of) the cm, LaTeX, and SliTeX fonts. I looked at lambrea.stanford.edu and sun.soe.clarkson and ymir.claremont.edu, but didn't find any such animals. Do they exist for anonymous ftp? Who do I contact (and how) at AMS to get the pk's straight from the source, if they're not available for ftp? How much do they cost, etc.? Thanks, as always..... ....Mary -- Mary M.
