Running the same file through TeX 2.991 and TeX 3.0 (C TeX with Web2C 5.0c on DECStation 5000), using the same TFMs and fonts and the same style files (including the left/righthyphenmin setting) yields zero underfull hboxes in the first case, about a dozen in the second, plus whole sections that are missing. Paragraphs seem to disappear after returning from math mode. What am I doing wrong? Could it have something to do with the new font attributes (I am using the old, pre-3.0 TFM files)?
