Looking for a couple of things here..
First off, I need some web2c system that can handle TeX v3.0.. It is getting
real old fast to take my web2c tex change file for v2.92 or so, and run
tangle on it and tex.web to find the next patch that has been changed to
something else in tex.web.. Since my machine takes about 5-10 minutes
each time to run tangle...
Then, I need some info about the tpic specials that dvi printers can support.
These are apparently used by eepic and things like groff and so on..
Anybody have an example driver to show some algorithms to use on the specials
commands?
