I have a ieeetr.bst file for BibTeX to recognize IEEE formats from a VMS machine. However, I wanted to know if any body had a version that would run on a Unix machine such as Sun, Silicon Graphics, etc. Thanking in advance.

BibTeX .bst files are not archtecture specific, they're just BibTeX programs. However they may be BibTeX version specific. Check the comments near the top of the .bst file.
