I would like to be able to use LaTeX to define some forms we often use and print on them. If I want to position my text accurately, is there any way besides Picture mode to go? How can I force Picture mode to start with its origin at the bottom, left-hand corner of my page? Has anyone tried doing this and found a way to overprint forms, or is LaTeX not the correct tool for this application? I am moderately conversive on LaTeX, having done my MSEE Thesis using LaTeX, but I have never dabeled in plain TeX before. Any comments?
