Am I trying to make LaTeX do something it can't do? I would like to make a form overprint .tex file that will let me place the desired text correctly over an existing form. I tried using the picture environment, but couldn't get it to make a full page picture that would start at the bottom-left corner of the page and accurately place the text where I want it.
