[comp.text.tex] webmac Macros for LaTeX

dsmith@applga.aa.cad.slb.com (J. Daniel Smith) (10/10/90)

Has anybody modifed the "webmac" macros for use with LaTeX? I would
like to include "weave" output as part of a LaTeX document. Anybody
tried this before?

Thanks,
   Dan

fileform.sty in [anonymous.tex.dvi-standards] is what is used by
the TUG DVI driver standards committee. It's part of some work by
Joachim Schrod, <xitijsch@ddathd21.bitnet> on this topic.

Sewell talks about this in _Weaving a Program_ (a book prepared using
LaTeX that contains a lot of weave output). Basically, you just need
to put braces around woven input so that webmac's changes to LaTeX
commands are restricted to the woven parts. (This doesn't really
answer your question, but it seemed like a good opportunity to plug
Sewell's book.)
