Dominic Wujastyk asked recently for someone to make an MSDOS binary of Rokicki's dvips available. I have compiled it (lucky I found a Turbo C eh - and it's also useful to compile the excellent Ghostscript) and will happily send it to anyone. Its a BOO-encoded ZIP file, which contains *only* dvips.exe, afm2tfm.exe, config.ps and makefile.tc (so you can see what paths are compiled in). This is *NOT* a free-standing distribution - you need the rest of the material (documentation, tfms, vfs, PS prologues etc) from the standard distribution. This is solely of use to people who don't have a C compiler on their PC. I should say to those who have access to Turbo C but are scared of being bogged down in the Makefile that I changed *nothing* but the paths; it was very neatly packaged (by russell lang, I think).
