I'm looking for such a beast as well, but I'm a little more particular. I have several, but none of them seem to support the \special commands required for PiCTeX and EEPIC. Does anyone have a dvi2lj driver that supports these special commands? A friend of mine will be posting a wonderful dvi->lj,ljII,lj2000,ljIID filter very shortly. It's written in C++, and we've been using it internally for about 1.5yrs now. PiCTeX requires no specials that I know of.
