I have to prepare some camera ready copy for a publisher, which I can basically do by making my own slightly modified version of the book style (at 12pt). However a few of the publishers demands have left me stumped. Can anyone out there please tell me (1) How to set the text height for captions to be 10pt (with baselineskip 12pt) (2) How to set the text height for the running heads to be 10pt (3) How to set the text height for footnotes to be 9pt Could you please reply to me directly, as our news feed is not well at the moment.
