Hello, I'm writing a proposal and the funding agency wants it doublespaced. I also want some sections which don't have to be read closely by reviewers, such as bibliography and investigators' CV's, to be singlespaced to save paper. I'm using LaTeX and Textures 1.01 on a Mac II. The document style is \documentstyle[1_inch_margins,11pt]{report}, and I've defined a doublespace command as follows: \newcommand{\doublespace}{\def\baselinestretch{2.0}} and inserted the \doublespace command between the \documentstyle command and the \begin{document} command. I have tried to redefine \doublespace or \baselinestretch using \renewcommand, and haven't succeeded in changing the spacing of individual sections - it still comes out double spaced. If anyone knows how to do this, please send email to: ableier@bwh.harvard.edu Post here also if you think the answer is of general interest. Thanks Alan Bleier ----- -- Alan R.
