[comp.text.tex] TeX 3.1 and MF 2.7 for Unix

I've just received word from the University of Washington that
they are now shipping TeX 3.1 and MF 2.7; these are minor bug
fixes so you needn't rush out to get a new tape if you already
have TeX 3.0, but it's worth knowing about.
