Does anyone have a style file, or suggested layout for BNF syntax
definitions?

This question is asked every now and then, so I thought I would post my
macros. They are not elegantly written, and I don't guarantee that they
work per specification. I have been using them for a while, and I'm
satisfied with the results.
I will post the macros and the documentation seperately.
