[comp.text.tex] AIAA BibTeX style file wanted

I need a BibTeX style file that places the author's (editor's) last name
first, followed by a comma, then the first name.  For example:

Woods, G. Hamilton

as opposed to the order used in the plain style files:

G. Hamilton Woods

I understand that the aiaa.bst file uses this convention.  If anyone knows
where I can obtain such a file, or Oren Patashnik's paper, "Designing BibTeX
styles:  The part of BibTeX's documentation that's not meant for general
users," so I can modify an existing style file, please let me know.
