I'm looking for a LaTeX style similar to 'article', but one that allows me to distinguish between footnotes (on the page), endnotes (following the body, before the bibliography), and references. Ideally, I could use a command like \note to create an endnote, which could then \cite a BibTeX entry. Is there such a thing out there? Thanks much...
