[comp.text.tex] Partitioned Matrices

This may have already been discussed. But are there any
TeX macros that enable us to typeset partitioned matrices
with the partitions indicated by solid, dashed or dotted
lines.

I would appreciate any pointers to the source (if they already
exist) or hints to develop the macro.
