[comp.text.tex] Can you install TeX on IBM/6000 ?

We have recently acquired IBM/6000 workstations in our lab. I needed some
information if TeX can be installed on these, and if so how ?
        I would appreciate it if you could mail me directly and please
keep it simple - I am not a CS student.
