Hello: We're trying to install TeX 3.0 here on the VAXen at the Linguistics Department at the University of Geneva. All has gone well except for defining the "decvt" command. Since people here have the odd habit of writing in French, it would be helpful for getting all the accents in the right place! We were told that we need the files "initex.exe" and "inimf.exe" but no one around here has them and I can't seem to find them anywhere else. Any useful hints, advice, etc, would be appreciated.
