I've got the AMS Fonts collection from `gatekeeper.dec.com'.
Unfortunately I didn't find the extra math symbols (second series) in
5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10 point (MSBM), and the `dummy font' as metrics, i.e.
`dummy.tfm' file.
Any help would be appreciated. Could anyone send me the missing files?
