I'm using a MS-DOS pc and wondering if there is a program that can turn a TeX file into ASCII so I can do spell check and grammer check etc. Such a program would strip the document of the TeX control sequences. No formatting needed. I use AMS(Amer. Math. Society)-TeX. But any TeX control sequence stripping program would help Also, does any one know of a TeX program that can do AMS-TeX? I tried a shareware program from the wuarchive.wustl site but it found too many errors in a file that went through AMS-TeX error free. As I'm in the process of writting my thesis (Math stuff) right now, I would really appreciate any help. Joe dve@mace.cc.purdue.edu
