[comp.text.tex] dvips for VMS- a correction.

Hi TeXnicians,

   I noticed some omitions in my recent port of dvips which is available
at YMIR. I have made necessary changes you may get only the following files
if you have the rest in place.

    DVIPS.C
    DVIPS.CLD
    DVIPS.HLP
