[comp.text.tex] LaTeX for PC wanted: I don't know how to reach an ftp site!

I am looking for LaTeX for a PC/AT (386) machine.  I understand that emTeX is
available at a couple of ftp sites.  I do not know how to perform an ftp.
I am also looking for a dvi to Panasonic KX-P1124 24 pin dot matrix printer
that emulates an Epson LQ2500 and an IBM Prowriter X24.  If anyone can help,
I would appreciate it.
