[comp.text.tex] I am looking for a BibTeX style.

Hi,

   Now I need a BibTeX style file which allows me to use the
following bibliography format:

(Text)
............ Note identification holds (see Fisher[1966, ch.2]), that
is, that .....

(Reference)
..........
Fisher, F. M.[1975]. "The Identification Problem in Econometrics."
New York: McGraw-Hill.
..........

Is there such a style file anywhere?
