[comp.text.tex] Has anybody made a \botinsert equivalent to \topinsert and \midinsert?

Hi,

Before I start modifying the insertion macros in plain TeX, I'd like
to know if \botinsert is already written. Why it's not in plain TeX I
don't understand. The \botinsert macro I need should be an equivalent
to \topinsert and \midinsert.
