I have got the very latest emTeX complete. I will send it to someone
in Pretoria anyway so we can make a plan here.

I got a PC version of BibTeX from titan.rice.edu (128.42.1.30) some time ago.
It is in public/PC-BibTeX.tar, if it's still there.
