[net.space] "One giant leap..."

Correct me if I'm wrong [always a dangerous thing to say on this
net!], but I think Bruce McCandless (sp?) was plagiarizing Pete
Conrad when he said, during his space walk/float/whatever this week,
"That may have been one small step for Neil, but it was a heck of a
big leap for me." Conrad, according to my recollection, was quite a
bit shorter than Neil Armstrong, and said these words when he rather
ungracefully stepped onto the moon for the first time during the
Apollo 12 mission.

When NASA's finest have already run out of interesting things to say
up there, it's time to start orbiting some poets, I think!
