The WP2LaTeX is available from ymir.claremont.edu under the directory
[anonymous.tex.ibm_pc.front_ends.wp2latex].
You have the choice of getting the individual files or the .ZIP file.
In my case the WP2LaTeX.EXE I ftp'ed does not work. But the WP2LaTeX.EXE
produced by the WP2LaTeX works just fine. My suggestion is to get the
.ZIP file if you have a pkunzip.
