It is illegal to use texman.tex or mfman.tex to produce copies of
the TeXbook. They are provided to allow one to see how various
items in the book were created.

Anybody know about ordering TeX books in other languages? I'd kinda

Thanks,

I don't have a reference for TeX in German, but for LaTeX, there's
LaTeX - Eine Einf\"uhrung by Helmut Kopka (Addison Wesley, ISBN
3-89319-136-4).

you are lucky. there are some good books in German, several on LaTeX
and at least one on TeX - Norbert Schwarz's Introduction to TeX,
published in English by Addison Wesley, translated from the original
German edition
