This doesn't really seem to fit in this group but I couldn't find any
other group that it fit better in so ...
Does anyone have a good converter for DVI to PCL? We're currently using
pk_dvilj but it doesn't handle the output of things like gtbl (the GNU
version of tbl) properly - it doesn't understand the special commands
'pa' and 'fp'.
Also, does anyone have, or know where I can get, an explanation of the
DVI file format? (FTP sites are fine)
Thanks in advance
Michael

The sb30tex distribution I have a dvipjep.exe it converts .dvi to .jep
and this .jep file can be printed by ``copy foo.jep /b lpt1:'' by hplj.
Since hplj speaks .pcl i think this .jep has to be .pcl. i never heard of
a format called .jep.
