kxb@math.ksu.edu (Karl Buck) (03/05/91)

I realize this qestion was asked recently, but I can't seem to find the
thread anywhere.

What is the best spell checker to use with TeX on a PC? Thanks.

The best spell checker that I have found in more than 4 years of
TeX work is MicroSpell. There is a specific configuration file for TeX.

It is available from

Trigram Systems
5840 Northumberland St.
Pittsburgh, PA 15217
Tel: 412-422-8976

Cost is in the $50-75 range.

Can someone please send me the configuration fiel for TeX for MicroSpell?
Or information on how to get it through anonymous ftp? Is this even possible?
I have MicroSpell, which I obtained from anon ftp but it must be and old
version (no TeX stuff).
All help would be greatly appreciated.
