[comp.text.tex] Two column C source listings

green@vis.toronto.edu (Anthony Thomas Green) (03/10/91)

I have been using c2latex (Thanks to the author(s)!) and am experimenting
with two column output. To do this I simply change

\documentstyle[twocolumn,10pt,fancyhed]{article}

(I am using emTeX under DOS - thus fancyheaders -> fancyhed)

But, of course, all my lines overlap. In order to reduce the font I simply
copied art10.sty to art4.sty and changed any reference to 10pt to 4pt.
This is almost good enough -- but I'm sure there must be a better way.
Could some emTeX wizard (EM?) give me a few pointers?

I have read most of TFMs out there, but am still having difficulties.

Thanks!
