Administrivia ============= I have had a few private inquiries as to whether or not there is a users guide for the AMS-LaTeX distribution available at FILESERV. Yes, I just overlooked placing it in the directory (sorry). I have ftp'd the file from its home site (e-math.ams.com) and broken it into eight mailable pieces (which naturally need to be concatenated into one document, AMSLaTeX.TEX, at your end prior to processing). This file uses another (EXTRADEF.TEX) file as \input (and yes, that one is here now, too). Also, there is an installation guide (AMLTINST.TEX) which has also been added. If you have previously received the AMSLaTeX package from FILESERV, all you need additionally are the users guide, installation guide and EXTRADEF.TEX. These can be received by including the command: SENDME AMSLaTeX_GUIDE in the body of a MAIL message to our file server, FILESERV@SHSU.BITNET. The guides and EXTRADEF.TEX file have been added to the AMSLaTeX distribution so that all future requests for the AMSLaTeX package will include these documents. To conserve bandwidth, please do NOT issue both SENDME AMSLaTeX and SENDME AMSLaTeX_GUIDE (SENDME AMSLaTeX will include the guides by default from now on). AMSLaTeX_GUIDE is only for those who have already retrieved the AMSLaTeX package and are in need of documentation. Regards and thanks for your interest in our services.
