[comp.text.tex] TeX to WordPerfect

Does there exist any program, or series of programs,
which will allow me to convert a TeX file to WordPerfect
format?

Are you kidding?

What WP file do you expect? One that is identical to the ASCII TeX file?
Any WP file that prints exactly the same / roughly the same as the TeX
file would print?

Exactly the same would be impossible. The line break computation in TeX
is much better than in WP.

Somewhat the same might be possible, but to say the least a challenge.
You'd either have to produce different versions for Plain TeX, LaTeX, AMS-TeX
etc..., or you'd have to expand the TeX macros and then convert. The
resulting file would be completely unreadable by humans and print at lower
quality than TeX, so what is the point?

You can't reasonably convert out of TeX (except to even lower-level formats,
e.g DVI or PostScript).
