bed_gdg@SHSU.BITNET ("George D. Greenwade") (03/26/91)
Sorry if this already got to you, but I have reason to believe that it didn't
get out of the gate from here (the joys of being a list owner). On Fri, 22
Mar 91 16:11 EST, Josephine Colmenares <COLMENARES@FORDMURH.BITNET> posted
the following information to INFO-TeX. Thanks to her for the information
and apologies for bothering you with it yet again if this was successfully
distributed previously. --GDG

Re: public domain OzTeX:
- written by Andrew Trevorrow
- public domain version of TeX for the Macintosh
- DVI Previewer and PostScript driver are included
- runs on any Macintosh Plus, SE, II or newer model
but not on 128K or 512K
- direct questions about OzTeX to oztex@midway.uchicago.edu
- need StuffIt or UnStuffIt to extract the .sit files
- latest release OzTeX 1.3 includes TeX 3.0 schemes
* get the file pub/OzTeX/READE *first*
* the binary, fonts and all the stuff in general that you need
take up about 10 Megs; many font archives, each at about 400K.
* stock OzTeX files DO NOT print on anything but a laserwriter printer
Available in the DECUS TeX Collection or you can anonymous ftp from:
