Would someone with experience comment on the following styles for drawing figures? I was looking for a style to draw figures and came across several that make it easier than tex/latex commands. What I need is to draw multiple curves (with lists of pairs of x's and y's) on one figure. Eepic (epic) is still not convenient when you have different scales on x and y axes. Now, my question is: is PicTex capable of doing this? I've seen an example of PicTex drawing one curve in a figure, but I couldn't get it work with multiple curves without the manual. Since I have to pay $15 for PicTex manual, I'd like to make sure that it will do my job. I'd appreciate comments from people who use PicTex.
