[comp.text.tex] TeX-ing for conference proceedings

cchase@theory.tn.cornell.edu (Craig Chase) (04/07/91)

Well, the good news was that my paper was accepted to the ICPP,
the bad news was the specs for getting the paper ready for the
proceedings.

The original paper is pretty much straight LaTeX, one-column format.
However, for the conference proceedings I need to get the paper
so that
1) two-column format (actually, the columns are huge, something on the
order of 5x12 inches).

2) \section headings are not numbered and are underlined, centered above
one column.

3) \subsection headings are underlined, not numbered, and left justified.
4) \subsubsection headings are underlined, and indented.

I could struggle through hacking endless iterations of the paper until
I got something passable for the paper, but I was hoping that there
would be some .sty format already available.

Does anyone know of a style file for this or similar format?

Please respond by E-mail
