[comp.text.tex] DVIware, Helvetica mf and tfm files, and other book.sty's

   Are any of these things available via anon ftp? (Is there a anonymous ftp
site list just for TeX stuff?)


1.   DVIware. I'm missing the ``dvitty'' package.

2.   Helvetica font files (mf AND tfm). Are these available?

3.   Does anyone have a unique or different style ``book.sty'' they would like
     to share?

The most important thing on the list is the ``dvitty'' package. We don't have
PostScript previewers here, so the h-19's will have to do!
