Has anyone worked out a DVI-to-Apple StyleWriter filter yet? I've got a user who's quite interested in buying a StyleWriter, but he can't/won't do so if it can't handle TeX output. The DVIM72-Mac driver for the ImageWriter, that comes with OzTeX (ie,
it's free) works on the HP DeskWriter, so I'd be surprised if it
didn't work on the StyleWriter as well.
Perhaps it should be named dviquickdraw?
(There are two versions of dvim72-Mac at midway.uchicago.edu; only the
more current one worked with my DeskWriter.)
