[comp.text.tex] Is there a newsgroup for literate programming?

I am interested in a newsgroup for discussing literate programming
and/or WEB issues.  Does one exist?  Would there be an interest in
forming one?

At the moment I'm too busy to help start one, but I would definitely 
read and occasionally contribute to one.
