Since I posted a request for dvipage using PK fonts a week ago,
many people sent me "me too" mails but I got nothing.
Recently, I posted again on comp.sources.wanted and
Christos in Cornell kindly sent me the information.

'dvipage' which uses PK fonts is available at :
                   tesla.ee.cornell.edu  /pub/dvipage.tar.Z.
