[comp.text.tex] cmmbi10 cmmbi7 cmmbi5 -- fonts availability

I know that cmmbi10 is supposed to be part of the standard TeX font set.
But, does anyone have the cmmbi7 and/or cmmbi5 fonts (MetaFont source)

Or do I have no other option but to scale down the cmmbi10 font?

Sure...but you better get them from the AMS where they are
distributed as part of the AMSFonts-2.0 font set (recommendable)! AMS
