The recent articles about APA style and the 'apalike' LaTeX style have 
prompted me to finally post this.  It is what I call 'newapa', and it
closer to APA style than the 'apalike' style.  It is two style files
which must be used together (unless you REALLY like hand-editing files...),
a LaTeX style and a BibTeX style.

If you have suggestions, forward them to me and I'll try to incorporate them.
I must acknowledge the work of Young Ryu.  He did a bit of modifying of 
this stuff while I was putting it together.
