I'd like to be able to get paragraphs to come out with a shaded background. I'm using TeX 3.1 and dvips 5.47. I used to do this with an older version of TeX and a locally hacked dvips, but I haven't yet figured out how to do this with the newer stuff. Anybody else accomplish this? Thanks. -- Karl -- p.s. It would be REAL nice if the solution allowed the paragraphs to survive page breaks. Failing that, I suppose the paragraphs can be completely forced to the next page. -- Karl A.
