reg@pinet.aip.org (Dr. Richard Glass) (05/07/91)
Dear (La|Rev)?TeX users, Let me introduce myself, my name is Richard (Ricky) Glass and I work for the American Institute of Physics. I have a current programming project of extracting "mathematical context" out of a TeX, LaTeX, RevTeX document and converting it to our typesetting system. What I could use is sample mathematics ( equations, expressions, etc) written in *TeX so that I can test my translator and define what 'mathematical context' is. These samples need only be a few lines long (the shorter the better). Of course I have tried examples in the book, but what I am looking for is 'how the users do it'. Note: simple examples can sometimes be the most informative. Please e-mail me your samples (reg@pinet.aip.org) and flavor of TeX you are using. In addition, if anyone has had any experience in writing such a program or has any ideas or comments, please foreward them to me. Thank you, Richard Glass (reg@pinet.aip.org) American Institute of Physics -- Ricky Glass (reg@pinet.aip.org) recursive (adj.) See recursive. ("The Devils DP Dictionary" - )
