Does anyone know how I can use cyrillic fonts and TeX together on the NeXT? My cyrillic characters come up as small boxes (I think some file type is missing...). Are there cyrillic fonts that I can use in an integrated way with TeX and Postscript? Geoffrey S. You need the cyrillic pk-files and tfm-files (you can get both from
e-math@ams.com or labrea.stanford.edu (and proobably other sites).
In addition, you may need the metafont sources (so NeXT can build the
92 DPI and 400 DPI sizes -- I use a 300 DPI printer) and the .sty
files which allow you to load the cyrillic fonts. These are also
available from the AMS and can be used either with LaTeX, AMSTeX,
AMS-LaTeX (the latter two have to be dumped if you want to use them).
