I'm still trying to get citations to automatically collect consecutive entries and replace them with say [1,5-7,13] instead of [1][5][6][7][13]. I picked up a macro that claims to do this (rangecite.sty? by N.Dershowitz and E.M.Reingold) but this doesn't seem to work for me, can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong or is there a better solution.
