[comp.text.tex] UPDATE: cvtbib.el moved in ymir archive

The file cvtbib.el which was previously available in
ymir.claremont.edu:[anonymous.tex.bibtex.utilities] is now available as
ymir.claremont.edu:[anonymous.tex.utilities.emacs-lisp]cvtbib.el.

This EMACS Lisp  file allows one to convert Bibliographies between Scribe and
BibTeX formats.

name 00files.txt. Binary files are not available by this technique.
