How do I make a table span several pages using the tabular environment.
At the moment in bombs out with 'Text capacity exceeded' causing me to
have to split the table up myself.
Also is there any-way to have the headings from the start of a table
carried over to the separate pages as the table is split up ?
Could someone perhaps advise on how to write our own environment to do
this if it is not already provided in a style file.
