[comp.text.tex] bottominsert <vmode material> endinsert

Did anyone create a macro \bottominsert
which would be similar to \topinsert
except that it places the material at the bottom
of the current page (or the next page if it won't fit)?
I.e.
	\bottominsert <vmode material> \endinsert
