In TUGboat 11,1 Joachim Schrod wrote that ILaTeX would be distributed in the form of WEB change files together with the TIE program, so that it can easily be adapted to newer versions of LaTeX. I've looked around but have found only the adapted LaTeX files. Those were made before the official lplain.tex for tex3.0 by M+S was released. So, is there any newer version of ILaTeX or are the change files available anywhere? I didn't get any replies, but found it by accident: On
ftp.cs.umb.edu [192.12.26.23]: pub/tex/ilatex.tar.Z
contains a full distribution that is already adapted to TeX 3.? On the
same site also is
pub/tex/tie.tar.Z
containing the tie program, but you don't need this for the pre-made
ilatex distribution.
